We have a before and after school program for children that attend Granite Falls Elementary School. We do not transport children to and from school; the school bus picks the children up and drops them off at the center. The children have a snack when they arrive. Our teachers provide homework help and encourage the children to play in activity centers in the room. In addition, we provide care for teacher workdays.
Our summer camp program is open to all students in kindergarten to 12 years old. Northlakes Academy offers many educational field trips throughout the summer vacation. The summer campers have gone to the gem mine in Hiddenite, programs at the local library, swimming at Granite Recreation Center and toured the Carolina Panthers’ stadium in the past.
